5 Years??? Already?
Yeah! Can you believe it? 5 years since we officially opened the doors to The Slice & Pint!
We can go on and on about all the things that we love about The Slice & Pint, but we’re just going to focus on our Numero Uno… the people. From our dedicated staff to our loyal customers, the people are what we love the most about our little pizza place.
From a staff standpoint, they are cranking on all cylinders to bake and serve the best pizza in town, often at a high capacity. By our calculations, we have baked roughly 425,000 pizzas since the end of January 2019. To put this into perspective, if we lined up every pizza we’ve made since the day we opened until now and put them down in a row, the line of pizzas would be 120 miles long, stretching from El Segundo to Palm Springs.
As for our customers, we’ve said it once and we’ll say it again… we are NOTHING without you. Quite literally… because if we didn’t have you, there’d be no business. But it goes beyond giving us business. It’s been awesome getting to know everyone these past 5 years and being here while you celebrate your birthdays, anniversaries, victories, defeats, baby showers, promotions, retirements. We’re so happy that we are the place you’ve chosen to honor these moments.

Well, let’s cut the cheese!
You most likely noticed that massive hunk of Parmigiano Reggiano at the top of this email. If you didn’t, go back and look at it… we’ll wait.
See how that beauty is freshly cracked? Well, we’ll be cracking open our very own EIGHTY POUND wheel of 24 month Parmigiano Reggiano… (please read that again like you mean it… hand out in front of you, palm up and your thumb touching the tips of your fingers) …”EIGHTY POUND wheel of 24 month Parmigiano Reggiano” on Saturday February 10th, at 4pm! The cracking is a ticketed event ($15/ticket) and each ticket comes with a Parma Ham and Cheese plate. But wait… there’s more! We’ll also be debuting our brand new Cacio e Pepe pie that day! Add-on freshly grated Reggiano for the extra umami bomb.
